Refund policy
RETURNS
Unfortunately change of mind returns are not accepted. If the item you received is damaged or defective you may be eligible to return the item and receive a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation number and email used to complete the transaction).
To start a return, you can contact me at hello@rosyredhead.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. If your return is accepted, you will be sent more detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item unless otherwise communicated by The Rosy Redhead. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact me if you have any return questions.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
I do my best to ensure the quality of products is at the highest standard, and orders are mailed in protective packaging. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 10 days of receiving your order, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
There are no returns or refunds on any digital downloads, custom or handmade orders. This includes, but is not limited to: "oopsie" items, jewelry items, hand-drawn cards, custom artwork, commissioned artwork. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
