What is The Rosy Redhead?
The Rosy Redhead was created by me, Jess! If you’re a stationery lover, a sticker addict, love a cute aesthetic, or just need a little pop of happiness in your day, then you’re going to love what I’ve made for you!
The Rosy Redhead carries a range of cute stickers, bookmarks, notepads, suncatcher decals, greeting cards, keychains and more. All the products can be incorporated into your everyday life to make you smile! I believe that you deserve to feel happy, and a lot of my work includes motivational quotes to encourage love, kindness and joy. I illustrate everything you see in the shop, and love creating things that add positivity to your day.
Whether you’re looking for a thoughtful, uplifting gift for someone special, or want to pick up a little treat for yourself, I hope The Rosy Redhead goodies spread good vibes!

Are your products available for wholesale?
YES! A range of my stickers, greeting cards, suncatchers, notepads and more are available for wholesale. I'd love to be stocked in your retail space! Do you accept commission orders?
Yes! If you would like me to design or illustrate something specific for you that is not available in the shop, please contact me so that we can discuss your project in more detail and provide you with an estimate.
I am also open to brand collaborations, so please hello@rosyredhead.com if you would like to work together on a project.
What is a Digital Download?
Some products in the shop are available to purchase as a digital download.
A digital download is an electronic file that is emailed to you. Instead of receiving a physical print, you will receive a high-resolution JPEG (300dpi) or PDF that you can instantly print at home or at your local print shop. This means minimal turnaround time on your item and no shipping costs! I recommend you print your digital download with a professional print shop to ensure you receive the best quality colours and image sharpness.
Which countries do you ship to?
I am based in Chicago and ship across the United States. I also ship orders to various countries. If you don't see your country listed at checkout, please get in touch with me and I can add it to the list of destinations I ship to. Delivery times and shipping costs vary per country and tracking is available for some destinations. Duty/import taxes may also apply depending on your country. You can read more about shipping in the Shipping Policy. Stay up to date with The Rosy Redhead on Facebook and Instagram (@therosyredhead) to find out when new shipping destinations are added.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Free shipping is available across the United States if your order meets a minimum value of $25.00. You must select the "FREE Shipping" option from the shipping options menu during checkout, and tracking may or may not be included. If your order does not meet the minimum order value for free shipping, or you are based outside of the US, shipping costs will be based on the total item weight and shipping destination.
I keep shipping costs as low as possible for you by choosing to ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are established by USPS and I do not profit from any shipping costs you may need to pay. You can read the complete Shipping Policy for more information.
There are no shipping costs for Digital Downloads.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow an average of three business days to process your order for shipping. If shipping to the United States, it can take up to five days for your order to arrive (it will most likely arrive sooner than this, however I can’t guarantee an exact delivery date once an order has shipped). Shipping to international destinations can take up to four weeks. You can read the complete Shipping Policy for more information.
How can I track my order?
If you selected a shipping option with tracking, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that the "FREE Shipping" option may not include tracking. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can track your order on the USPS website. Limited tracking is available with some international destinations.

What payment methods do you accept?
The Rosy Redhead accepts all major credit cards and payments made through Paypal.
What is Shopify?
Shopify is an e-commerce platform that powers The Rosy Redhead's online shop. All purchases through this site are securely managed through Shopify which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. I do not have access to your payment information. Additionally, your payment information is encrypted by a secure socket layer (SSL) that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. Shopify is one of the safest e-commerce platforms on the market and takes protecting your information seriously.
